Service plea ignored

I phoned Primemeridian Carprehensive to cancel one of the optional service, I was told they cant cancel over the phone but was asked to send that in writing. I sent an email to [Email Removed] but for two days now, there's no response. Seems to me they are ignoring me. If I wanted to add a services, they could've gladly done that over the phone. I'm very disapointed with the NO service I received.
