I have been with Mutual and federal for 10 months and they did a review and decided that looking at my risks my premium should increase. Nothing has changed since i joined them and I have only claimed once with them, a windscreen and a fog light. But that's not the issue, when i joined the insurance, i was called by a representative that explained the product and now they decide to increase my premium and debit money in my bank without my consent and theres no consultant notifying me. They say an email was sent on the 20 May 2013 and I have no record of such email.

When theres change in premium, i would have expected to notified before any deductions in my bank account especial when those changes happen before the a year of agreement.

I was paying R 1233.09 on the 25th of each month and my premium increased to R224.73 and on top of that an extra R841.47 was debited in my account on the 1/07/2013.
