Many thanks Charnelle

I would like to thank Charnelle for her professionalism in the execution of her duties. When I raised my query early this month, I was sent from pillar to post by the incompetent staff of African Bank whom I have come across and was therefore forced to come to this platform to complain.

However, my query was finally handled by Charnelle who was willing to listen and was able to understand where I was coming from. She diligently handled my query and was even able to identify and correct the flawed IT system that caused my account to be in arrears. I think for that discovery of hers, she deserves a token of appreciation from the employer. I vote her the best employee of the month.
