Bad service

My car was booked for the fix for hail storm damage on 25/01/2013 and I was informed it will take 3 to 4 weeks. until this time I'm still waiting for it. No response from panel beaters, took the matter up with the insurance because I can't reach many places and couldn't go anywhere for easters because of this. no satisfying response received. someone called me and whilst I was still talking, the call went off because he was saying he doesn't know when the car will be done with whatever because I didn't hear what he was saying and I was asking for someone superior that I can talk to.
