My card was blocked and had quires about my bank statement, in a few hours of complaining on Hello Peter, Charnelle phoned me and unblocked my credit card straight away. She went and gone that extra mile so get all the info about other problems I had, phoned me back and very kindly explained what was going on. If all of the staff worked like she does, there won't be any complaints. Well done Charnelle and thank you.
