Pillar to Post (African banks Motto)

2 weeks ago i phned African Bank requesting them to update my profile as it is showing that my loan acc is in arrears with an amount of R1450.00 which is incorrect and lowering my IT score, the lady by the name of Nomatali said she will Desmond who also said it is not he's department and he gave me the number 0112569723 and said i should speak to shamain which i did, she then said why did they say i should speak to her cause she does collections the department responsible for my query is the department called Cheaters, she then gave me the number 0112074500 which i called and spoke to Fikile who said the number i need to call is the number i initially first called which is 0861111011 and spoke to musa who said its not their department, Fikile then said she will forward my query to the ulwazi department for them to handle the query ASAP, it is now almost 2 weeks requesting for the same thing over and over from African bank when my account is paid and up to date. also the reason for me saying African banks motto is pillar to post is everytime i need something no one seems to know what they can do so all they do is refer you to the next person.
