In november my husband applied for a loan with credit card. We received the credit card, and were told that loan is approved, money will be available in 48 hours. African Bank contacted my husbands employer x2 to verify employment. After a month of being kept on a line, and sent from pillar to post, we decided to go elsewhere. Now we been declined as African bank decided to list my husband on ITC as a risk!!! African Bank has tainted my husband's reputation and preventing us to have any credit. How dare they do this. There is no involved. My husband's employer is ligit and he has been employed there for over 7 years!!! African bank will hear from our lawyers and they will have defimation case made against them!!! They will pay damages!!! I have never in my life come across such incompetent staff. You can also NEVER get to speak to management at head office. I wish for CEO Leon Kirkness to reply personally!!!
