I was involved in a motorcycle accident on the 11-1112. The insurance company which has changed from MC Crystal insurance to Enbridge Finacial Services has still not settled my claim. It took a month for the assesser to come out to have a look at the bike, another 3 weeks for him to send his report through to the insurance. The bike has been written off by the insurance and the have picked the bike up without informing me. I have contacted them on several occasions with no explination for the delay. This is now the 3rd month now that I am paying for a motorcycle that i don't have. I don't suggest anyone rely on both these companies as the are quick to take your money but very slow to give you what you pay for. I has cost me now almost R5000 because they wont take responsibility.
