Nedbank

We are an organization by the name of El Shaddai Foundation and we opened a check account sometime last year early and last year October we received a letter saying we should stop using a our cheque card because we no longer have funds in the account and we don't have a card we have a cheque book. I went last year and laid a complaint at the branch and I was told that cases take 6 weeks and I was ok and the Jabulani Mall branch is the one which issued someone a card, and now its four months without any progress and nedbank closed our account without telling us even though I communicate with the manager she tells me they are still working on it. The most painful thing is that we can receive financial sponsorship due to our account. We are so hurt and disappointed by this bank. We are also thinking of taking this to speak out or 3rd degree
