DUplication of account debit orde

25th March, my account debited twice for the payment of my credit card. Asked for reversal of the amount, and was told it would be available only on 4th of April 2013. Due to African Bank error, I am out of pocket for 10 days, with no recourse to protect myself from this kind of error happening again.
