90.000 Major service& over amonth oil leak occurs

I just want to say about a problem i am experiencing at Renault servicing dealership, My car has been a regular customer before the owner before i bought the car, this is been the car 5th service done at the same dealership and that's why i wanted to keep the service history at one dealership, Last year 11 december 2013 i took the car in for a service and they have advise that a major 90.000km service must be done that will be cambelt service which cost over 5000rd i was happy with it because i have been covered for a cambelt service for the service plan that i have taking out for the car, and has been the first time that i will be using the plan,
In January i have notice that the car was starting to smell like burn oil smell, i open the bonnet and i could smell the oil leak coming from the side where the cam was replaced and i knew that this coming from the cam seals, that they so called did when the cambelt major service was done, i called and told them about this problem, i took the car back to them, and now i have to paid another 4000rd to do the cambelt again and seals, i refuse to paid for another cambelt and seals which i say wasn't done properly.
