Renault South Africa
Service plan ending NOMENTION WICH ONE COMES FIRST

One year after we bought a car we extended the service plan to 120 000km. Now at the 120 000km service they wont service the car as they say the plan ended after 36 months. On our agreement the extended service plan states for 36 months or 120 000 km, NO MENTION OF WICH ONE COMES FIRST - we have the document.

Should this be true, the sales person should have mentioned that this only extend the service plane for one additional year from the original service plan, and suggested that we wait until the original plan almost end, and only then extend the service plan, to gain three more years or until 120 000km. Now we paid R12488.56 to ad just one year to our service plan.

No sales person mentioned any of this, and I feel Renault should honour their agreement... Since this happened, I had to service my vehicle at another service centre. Renault should reimburse me for the charges and for damages for having to go to a non renault agent service centre, and justify how they can allow i client to pay R12500 for such a small extension to a service plan.
