2 years ago I brought a house and my bond was approved at FNB. I have asked them 2 years ago I want a Flexi Bond. We have signed the papers for a Flexi Bond. Now 2 years later I want to withdraw money from my bond. Now they told me they have not activated the Flexi Bond. I phoned them on the 22nd July, they told me it will take 2 days to activate the flexi bond. 2 days come and go, I had to phone them again and ask them what is happening. Now I have to re-apply for the flexi bond!!! and I have to send all the extra documents again!!! Some one was incompetent 2 years ago to do their job, and they are still incompetent. And worst of all I need my money URGENT, and now I have to wait for the incompetent people again.
