I SUBMITTED MY CLAIM THROUGH FOR MY VEHICLE, I WAS IN AN ACCIDENT ON 6 JAN 2013, I'VE GIVEN THEM ALL THE DOCUMENTS ETC THEY ASKED OF ME, I EVEN HAD TO GET AN AFFIDAVIT SIGNED BY THE COMMISSIONER OF OATHS FOR THEM TO TRACK MY CELL PHONE CALLS, THEY HAVE ONLY GOT BACK TO ME ON THE 20TH MARCH 2013 & ADVISING ME THAT THEY WILL NOT BE PAYING OUT MY CLAIM BECAUSE MY DRIVERS LICENCE WAS EXPIRED & THAT I WAS OVERTAKING ON A BARRIER LINE, THIS IS, BECAUSE THE REASON I'M PAYING FOR MY INSURANCE IS THAT AT TIMES LIKE THESE THEY SHOULD BE PAYING OUT & THIS IS MY VERY FIRST ACCIDENT. THEY STILL ADVISE ME THAT I SHOULD BE PAYING THE VEHICLES STORAGE ETC WHICH AMOUNTS TO R 13000.00 & THE PREMISES WHERE IT IS KEPT REFUSES FOR ME TO MOVE THE VEHICLE UNTIL I MAKE PAYMENT IN FULL.
