In January 06 my house was damaged by storm, the roof was leaking my on the 07 January I call FNB to register the claim, i was advised that assessor will contact me.i waited a week, no assessor contacted me, another storm came, more damages caused, I called FNB, spoke to Sindi claim consultant several times regarding the assessment, she contacted the assessor of which he came after 2weeks.up to date i never heard from FNB, i've been trying to contact them, asking my friend to contact them, we cant get through, we left several messages for Sindi to call me but she doesnt return calls, I am living in the open house everytime when its raining, water get into my house, but i ahve insurance, FNB service its really gone worse
