I try transferring money from one of my FNB accounts to the other via FNB online banking and keep getting an error code - Error code: 217. I tried calling their online banking assistance and keep getting "the number you have dialed does not exist, " What is going on? I needed to transfer money urgently on Saturday and it is Tueasday now, none of their staff was helpfull. I need this issue resolved and feel I need to be compensated for their lack of help and their errors.
