Online Banking Errors!

Ever since the new online banking system was implemented, I have been unable to :
- transfer money in a flexi fixed account
- add maturity instruction on interest on a fixed deposit
- close an flexi account on maturity

This is beginning to get very frustrating - I had to call the fnb call centre twice already to add the instructions for me. What is the point of online banking!!!

So I thought if I created a new flexi fixed account - everything will be ok - well it isnt - somehow a Effective Rate Fixed Deposit was created - and I still cant add in any instructions

Error is: "Sorry! Invalid Instruction Type Error Code: 7 REF VODSMLZC3QFB"

This is so freaking annoying - I really expect better from FNB.
