When I wanted to transfer funds from my Revolving credit to my cheque account it gave me the error code 431. I called online assistance and spoke to Kgopopso Mashile and she referred me to Credit department. I spoke to Amukelani Nkuna. He told me that I should go into a branch to sort this out. Why can I do anything else online and not sort out a simple error via telephone? Not one of the two that I spoke to even asked my details. They were not able to explain to me what the error means. This is pathetic.
