SO i go online to do a transfer and i cant... this defeats the whole pupose behind internet banking!!!
An error code 217 comes up and absoloutly no explination as to what the 217 means!!
I cannot get through to the call centre, iv been on hold for the past 20 min and i dont have time for that!!
It is very sad that I have to post these "Reports" on public websites for me to get your attention and get the problem sorted.
Please can someone lift the hold on my account. this is unacceptable and very inconvenient!!
