I have transferred money from my Money Builder to my Credit Card, now i want to transfer money from the Credit Card to my Mother, but it keep giving me ERROR =BENEFICIARY PAYMENT FAILED

- ACCOUNT IS OVERLINE (ER 92) P
It is the second time that i get this error if I want to do my business on line, if this keeps going on then i will close my accounts and go to another Bank. Previously i phoned the Internet banking department and they told me to wait 2 hours for security purpose, but today it has been 4 hours later and still the error code!!! pathetic service
