Unresolved inquiry and request for a long time

I have been trying to make international money transfer for months since the online/web format of FNB has changed. With the previous set up I did not have any problem. Now, i could not do any transfer! I followed the procedure and filled all info needed but it rejects the Swift code from my bank! Ridiculous because it says invalid but I had been using it previously! It also says other stuff which I have shared the screenshot with the FOREX team. Online banking assistance had been asked but I did not receive any response from the online banking team! Kaitlyn from Premiere banking suite instructed me to go tho a branch because my ID information is not loaded into the system! I was using it before then now they're telling me it's not on the system. I went ot La Lucia branch and they were not able to resolve it. They diodnt even know how to input my work permit number.

This bank is very unreliable! This has not been resolved until now! You can't rely on this bank in cases of emergency! How can I transfer money if my family need it when my bank does not allow me to!
