I have never thought the day will come where i will be moving from standard bank to FNB, i have been banking with standard bank for 9years now but i just cant take it anymore im really tired with their service, i spend more of my time at the bank queing lines of inquiries because of the incompetence of the consultant, i believe all customers should be treated equally regarldless of rich, poor, race or gender, i opened a cheque acocunt in January 24/13, this card has cause me nightmares, i told the consultant to switch all my debits from the debit card to cheque account and i also want my update to be activated, to this date nothing has been done, i was saving R1000, 00 for my wedding monthly, R500, 00 for my child, i have more than 5 policies to pay and the debit didnt go through for two months now, and companies threaten to cancel my policies, meaning i must now pay double of all debit that didnt go through for two months, on top of that my investment are now behind because of all this, i went to Durban branch to inquire about this and they told me the cheque account is not linked to my profile, thats why debit orders didnt go through.the consultant who was helping me open this account will take mo
