After /- 14 years with Standard bank I'm quite shocked with your service I've been getting the past year.(What is your action plan this year to see how much customers you can aggravate) After having a cheque and savings a account I now have 2 cheque accounts (as per the consultant at your Florida branch). Elite and Access account. We can not swipe our debit cards cause the card does not know which cheque account to choose so it declines every time we swipe it. (How embarrassing) A 50 debit order on my husband account gets returned cause of R20 yet the minute I do a transfer the debit order can run again. A debit order gets returned on my account cause the transfer was done after 8 and standard bank registers it as a next day transaction yet the debit order can be process after 8 after my transfer as a current day transaction and your service centre attitude is sorry to hear about your problem but I don't care. Well I care; if Standard Bank does not jack up there level of service u will be loosing lots of customers.
