I have had this proble for over a month now & no one at African Ban sees the urgency of resolving my problem. It is as if my problem is a game to them because not even African Bank's consuner advocate is willing to help me. I am undergoing the same process every week, that write a complain on hellopeter, get a call on monday from african bank, send emails to the consumer advocate, loanback officen customer care etc and I get no assisstance except the false sms that are telliing me that information has been sent to relevant credit bureaus to update. been sorted out, till today I haven't received any feedback. The two accounts with REFS Nos: GPT 000070 & 3263048401 remain un updated till today. I an now left with no option than to seek a legal opinion and lodging a dispute with Transunion. I am busy applying for a home loan and this is inconveniencing me. They keep sending me sms's that my profile was updated with the updated accounts's ref numbers disregarding the accounts that were not updated. This must be sorted out as a matter of urgency.
Add a new African Bank.
I am really getting fed up about this unresoved situation.
