Billing for Slow lounge

To whom it may concern
- I have the following Queries that was not answered when I emailed my premier banker almost 2 weeks ago!!! : - I was charged twice for only visiting the lounge once (15 Dec 2012) at OR Tambo international? Why is this?
- Why did you debit my account almost 1 month later??
- Why wasn't I notified at the lounge that I do not qualify for the lounge benefits?
- When was this new rule introduced and can you resend me the communication that was initially sent to me.
Conclusion:
According to the consumer protection act, the airport lounge should have informed me of any additional cost to the benefit or that there was a change to the lounge benefit with an additional cost but this was not the case! The money was just deducted from my account!!! This is unacceptable!!!
I expect the money to be paid back into my account by the end of this week or I will take the necessary steps!!!
