I am unable to reach a person in M&F that knows what is going on with my claim and get the ball rolling. It took more than a week for an assessor to come out to the panel beater and look at my car. I still have no proper feedback and phoning M&F is worse than phoning a state dept.
My claim number is 121376580. Can someone urgently please give me a detailed update on the claim and advise when the panel beaters can start work on my car?
