I have had it with this call centre!! They are calling me on a regular basis for payment. I have sent a email in beginning of August advising that I am unemployed since end of July 2013.
I have a cheque card, credit card and loan accounts with Standard bank and have to repeat every single day that I am unemployed. I do get that some people find work but really!!! Calling me everyday.

This morning I received a sms telling me about a debit order going off for my loan account after I spoke to someone yesterday advising that I will make a cash payment as I'm waiting on UIF money. Called the call centre and got attitude from the lady I spoke who kept on telling that they can do nothing about debit orders going through, as there is allot of people that is unemployed and they are charging R115 per debit order returned. At the moment I am R3000 over in my overdraft (Cheque account) because of this.
Seriously!!!?? How do you expect a unemployed person to make payment if they do not have any source of income??? But still the amounts keep on adding on the overdraft... This is seriously ridiculous!! While on Monday I received a call also from the call centre wanting to offer me another loan!
