Bad billing on account, dont have a clue what is g

I am so sick of dealing with babereki finance.

i had a loan with babereki finance the account was settled on the 11th January.

i asked for a settlement letter which they then said i am still owing R859.00.

i called them again, they then said oops no i only owe R159.00.
today i received a garnishee order which was signed off on the 25th January after i settled this account.

what the, how can you do this after i have paid.

i see this account as now closed and settled in full.

you will not be receiving any more money from me.
