I have applied numerous times for outsurance to contact me in regards with the details of my address that they have on their database. when submitting my details with them, they sent me a mail with the updated information, on which i realised that they made a mistake with the area in which i reside, i have since tried to get them to contact me again, as call centers can drag on for ages. numerous attempts have been made with the call me feature of outsurance but still have not had a response.

the importance of this is to cover my side of the insurance should anything happen at my house.
