I have a cellc contract account, I've been paying on time each month up until i was unemployed (still unemployed). I've been trying to get through to the legal department four several hours but customer service agents kept dropping the lines, finally got through and i spoke to a female in the legal department named Jane. i advised Jane i wanted to make arrangement to pay my accounts (which she did), and also requested a document with the arrangement so i can take to my financial adviser, she told me several times this was not possible. i don't understand how is it possible that a telephonic arrangement can be done but nothing can be put on paper?!!! i want to make payment and i will, as a customer i feel this kind of service is unacceptable!! i kept referring friends and family to this service provider for contract phones and porting of numbers, this will not be happening again.
