I find it extremely disturbing that Bruma Finance has forwarded my account to an attorney company after me advising them last year that i was unemployed for 8mnths however within the 8mths of unemployment i still tried to make payments as promised. Each time a consultant contacted me during my time of unemployed not one advised me that i have to complete documentation stating that i was unemployed and now they are telling me that i have to remember my terms and conditions that i signed, why can they as part of customer service advise the client thereof. In Jan 2013 I stated working and have been making monthly payments to may account. To my surprise the account was handed over in June of this year without any notifications. Now the attorney expects me to make arrangements and has provided me with a settlement letter and the settlement letter figure is more then my total amount of my initial loan amount also, the settlement letter does not reflect two months payments. This is so unprofessional, i have been calling every week with no luck with the unprofessionalism that i have experienced is disgusting. If i regret anything in my life, it would be taking this loan out with this firm
