Hi FNB client with the bank for a long time, but have to say that I am very disappointed, money was taken out of my account 6 weeks ago, and still haven't heard from the bank or the refund in my account. I called as soon as the money went out of my account but had to wait an hour and a half to speak to one of your teem, not good, then went to the branch the following morning and filled in the affidavit, when I called last week, I was told that they have not received my papers from that branch and if I could go in and do it again, frankly no chance... what is going on? One unhappy client.
