Nedbank freeses account without notice

Around 3 weeks ago, somebody was trying to pay money into my account. It kept on giving an error. I phoned bank, said I had to phone customer services. CServices to me by saying there is a hold on my account and it has been hacked. I need to go to the nearest branch. I drive there like a mad woman, thinking someone is trying to my money. Then they say I have to go to the branch where I opened the account they can't help me. Manager at my branch phones around. They want to know what these 3/4 payments are into my account, I need to give proof of what money has been paid into my account.!!! I only have 30min lunch and have not had time to find these payments and people who bought some personal items from me (none of anyone's business!) So this morning the bank phones me and says I have to come in to the branch and close my account they will give me a bank cheque. So I ask for Jaco (who they said I should speak to) he's not there, they want me to wait for a consultant. I have 10min of my lunch left. I explain I can't wait. Willa helps me and says they will transfer my money into another bank account. Now they charge me R45 to transfer!!! I am just not happy!
