Call centre - resolving claim

My wife was involved in an accident on the 19/3/13 and tried to get through to the call centre on the 20/3/13 but the call was not attended to, finally got through on the 22/3/13 and finally logged the claim, Then was told to take the car for assessment on the 26/3/13 which was done, was phoned a day after querying why the car had not been take for the assessment yet it had. To date the has been no progress with the claim. if this is the service that is to be expected should I Stay with iWyse?
