My pipe started leaking on Sunday 6/10/2013 - Call to log a claim only to be advised that you cannot log a claim on a Sunday and no emergency line exists. On Monday at 8:20 am I logged a claim - It is now Wednesday 11:21 and my water still has not been fixed. I have left numerous messages at Iwyse - Management is too busy to respond. Promises are never kept. They could not find a plumber on Monday - surely a company of this size could set up decent & reliable contractors. The plumber that was sent yesterday only arrived after numerous phone calls - apparently he could not find the house despite the huge sign showing the address and then he read his map book incorrectly ..??
Their website talks about reliable insurance, peace of mind, best household cover - what a bunch of!!
I so deeply regret insuring through them. I need my water pipe to be fixed immediately.
