Misleading advice and poor response

I am very upset at the moment because I honestly feel that iWyze Insurance is more than happy to take almost R5 000 from my husband and I every month, but go out of their way to NOT reimburse us when we suffer a loss.

I have lodged two claims with iWyze over the past 2 years and both times they were extremely poor about reimbursing me for the items.

This time however, I am absolutely appalled by their actions. At the time I took out the policy I was completely misled by them on the nature of the cover I had taken out. I was also never asked if I had a safe in my house nor requested to have one installed. And now when very valuable items were from my home they are refusing to reimburse me.

To make matters worse, I lodge a query with iWyze regarding this matter over a week ago (immediately after I received their feedback on my claim) and I have had no response from them yet.

At a time of distress, I cannot express my disappointment with iWyze in terms of their complete disregard for my circumstances and their unwillingness to assist me.
