Poor Service

My car was affected by hailstorm in NOVEMBER 2013 and reported to iWYSE and they assesed the car after 2 weeks and said they'll fix the car and my husband been calling them making follow up with no luck and then today they say my car is booked for 3 march for fixing and now I have to keep driving a damaged car with terrible cracked windscreenm

And why do we have to keep making follow ups while they sit n deduct every month.its so frustrating as about 95% of cars are fixed by their reputable insurance companies and I pay a fortune but I'm miserable because of iwyze.
