DO I HAVE TO COMPLAIN TO GET SERVICE FROM YOU?

Is this how your claim process works? I chase after you for an update and you only respond after a HP complaint? I am tired of chasing people around. I need to know what's happening. I hope this will be the last complaint I'm submitting.
