My bakkie was on late friday afternoon.
Sin satarday we called the call center nr to log our claim and advise the insurance that the bakkie was then it was atvise that the the claims department doesn't work on weekends.
Monday morning we phoned and was advise by the call agent that will contact me back to proceed with my claim, this is now already long over 24 hrs and still nobody phoned me.
THis is very bad service.
