Money disapering from acc

Can someone please tell me what happened to my money.
My sister deposited money into my account I was able to use it partially then later all my transaction declined while I still have money in my account. I was so in convince the whole weekend. I called the call centre spoke to Naidoo I wish someone can listen to the call and recommend product knowledge training to that guy... he even hang up on me... i need some accountability for my money
