Please help me, on 4th December Wednesday I ordered from items from Candy Fox Lingerie & Accessories
as we were going away that weekend. after paying my money of R1199.00 with R200 overnight delivery. I did not receive my parcel. I called on Thursday 5th and was told that they cannot deliver as my money was not reflecting into there account. On Friday 6th I called again, spoke to Shaun who promised to call me back. they did not. I tried calling them again after lunch the phone went to voice. I left for my weekend with out parcel. On Monday I called again, spoke to Dejong who told me that my money is still not reflecting. after confirming that my bank that my money was deposited the very same day into there account. I am still waiting for my parcel, to date. I have requested my money back and that too I cannot get back. Please assit I am at R1199.00 loss this company
