No refund for declined transaction

On the 18/12/12 I was booking a Translux bus, my sppedpoint transaction was declined with no reason. However there was a notification that money was transfered out of my account to Translux. I called the customer centre and requested that they reverse that transaction, Ref # 51179897 was given to me. I followed up on 02/01/13 Ref# 51301521 was given to me. I followed up again on 09/01/13 spoke to Thato Moleleki who promised that the money will be refunded after 12 workind days, which will be 18/01/13.Call ref# 35565236 was given to me. I called again on 20/01/13 spoke to Nana and was told that the consulted will followup and call me on Mon, nothing happened. I called again on 21/01/13 and spoke to Thato Moleleki who was not helpful but told me that they are waiting for response from FNB because the speedpoint belonged to them, Ref# 35792441 was given. I am really frustrated by now because a month has come and gone yet my concern has not been resolved.
