My Fnb account was giving me problems i went to them and ask them to close the account and i opened another one. The account was never closed and accumulated interests and unfortunately someone deposited money into this account and then the account ate my money. I have tried everything to get my money back from Fnb. I logged a complaint with them in August till this day it has not been resolved no one is contacting me i must always call them to find out how far. The service is very bad from the call centre staff to the people who are working on the branch i dont know why im still with this bank they have failed me dismally. I want this issue resolved and my money back.
