I have the rental car option on my policy and my car is currently atthe panelbeaters and I had a rental car for the first two weeks. I advised that would need a rental car for at least three weeks and was told to phone before the time was up to extend the rental. I called knowledge Friday 15 march 2013 and was aadvised I should call the next week. I called on Wednesday 20 march and was advised that it would be arranged. On Friday 22 march I called to make sure everthing was in in order and I would get a confirmation message and until now I have not received the confirmation and the rental car is due back today and the I will be stranded without a vehicle as Standard Bank insurance brjokers did not do as I have requesTed. I specially arranged it early so that I would not have problems today but that even did not work.
