I was in a car accident on the 8th of February 2013. When I submitted my claim everything went very well and I received good service from Multi Risk Brokers. However the good service did not last long. My car was towed to the panelbeaters on the 12th of February. Every week I have to follow up how long my car will still take. Martie only followed up with the panelbeaters when i requested her to do so. Martie arranged a rental car but I had to return the car on the 12th of March 2013.By that time the panelbeaters confirmed the car will take another 2 weeks. when we requested Martie to assist with a rental car she only said: my hands are tied and I cannot do anything for you". Is it not the broker's responsibility to see to that the panelbeaters finish the repairs in time? Is it not the brokers responsibility to see too that the claim be finalized in time and all repairs done in time? Today is the 26th of March. I still do not have my car. The panelbeaters have a different excuse every day... This is by far the worst insurance brokers I have came across. If their hands are tied I will tie my premium and terminate their services!
