I was debited by fnb and found out it was lawyers fees from a loan that had taken out previously. Without any notification they handed me over and that was around the 21 November 12. Then I brought my proof of payment and was told that it will be sorted out within 3 -5 working days. So 5 working days went by and no one has responded with no response of the process. I start emailing the person responsible for giving me feedback and I get no response. I again go into FNB and I'm told that it will take 3 - 5 working days again and that they would contact me with the information. Again no response, I go to the bank again and find my account remaing the same with an outstanding balance. In this time I was looking for other employment for January and coudnt so because of there mistake.
I found there service to be really pathetic as little empathy was shown to me but much more pride. Only yesterday my loan account has been closed, thus shown via a written email but nothing has been mentioned with regards to the debit order that they have taken off.
Extremely poor service from the loans depatment with no feedback.
