Incorrectly debited - no one cares

I settled a personal loan in full. Once the transfer was complete I sent through all the relevant documents and called the loans division who promised me the account was closed and the debit order cancelled. Two weeks later my account is debited for R956 putting my account in a debit balance. I called them explaining I had a payment that needed to go off my account and could they please try and expedite the refund as it was urgent. An extremely blas? agent told me its takes 3-5 working days for the refund. I called again on the third working day hoping that my plea of assistance had been heard which evidently was not as again I was informed of the turnaround time. Here we are. The 5th working day. No call. No feedback and fees incured (debit balance interest charges) which will need to be refunded to me by personal loans as well. Very sad service. No care whatsoever. Very dissapointing
