Reversal = No Reversal (according to me)

I have always been recommending friends to open an account with FNB and I am always on any pages commenting and giving the best I can to support FNB since they have been nice to me but I am highly dissatisfied with A reversal which is still not reflecting in my account for almost two weeks now. I am now been told to fly back to South Africa to sign a dispute form of which I haven't finished or completed what am doing here since I am out of the country now. I am highly disappointed but yet they are still the best bank compared to my previous banks I used to save with.
