I am highly frustrated with the service received from the call centre. an amount of R200.00 went off my account and I was told this was due to a garge card given to me in 2010!!!??? i am in no possesion of that garage card and i clearly didnt sign for it! i was transfered to different departments i was even told i have a business account? utter nonsence i tell you! to date the money what they debitted was not refunded when i told the lady i need an urgent reversal! i want all my money refunded to me since the time yourl started debitting for some garage card. I want the reversal done latest tomorrow if not i will take this further!
