I had to go to Capitec... due to some circumstances I have to apply for a personal loan. I do not like loans and my last resort would be to apply for one. But seeing that Capitec on two different occasions emailed me to say that I should come in for a home loan, I decided to take the opportunity.
There is so many things I could highlight from this experience, but the biggest is the way they made you feel humiliated for coming for a loan. Looking down on you and treating you like a beggar.
I was so upset and will not ever again put my foot in a Capitec Bank again!!!
